Headquartered in Hoboken, New Jersey, Hudson Home Health, LLC was established to provide Hudson County residents high quality home physical therapy services. Our focus is twofold: to help patients achieve their goals and to educate and train caregivers.
Working with you in your home allows us to consider personal goals, offer suggestions to keep everyone safe and keep the patient on the path of maximum potential.
Our treatment plans can be tailored around a wide variety of diagnoses including post-injury/post-surgery as well as chronic diseases such as diabetes and Parkinson’s. We’ll consult with you to design a plan that concentrates on improved balance, strength, range of motion and pain reduction.
